Independent Designers are unique because they do not sell kitchen cabinets, countertops or appliances and do not represent specific products. We work with you to focus on your needs, your wants and your wishes to make your dream kitchen become a reality.

    Once you have made the choice to hire us, you will complete a simple questionnaire which allows our designer to discover your requirements as well as your budget and quickly begin work on your project. Throughout the process, you and the designer will keep in regular contact through your preferred choice of communication (e-mail, telephone, fax or even in person in the Ottawa area).

    At the end of the process, for a very reasonable flat fee, you will receive a professional design plan, multiple three-dimensional drawings, and illustrations of your dream space. This will include recommendations for paint colours, countertop, cabinets, appliances and other materials. With your own set of plans you will be able to shop them around with various companies, thus getting a fair comparison for the work you want done.
